At MOYA Supply Co., every custom project is individually designed and hand-finished to each customer's specifications. Due to the personalised nature of our products, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
CUSTOMISED PRODUCTS
All custom footwear and personalised products created through MOYA Art Lab are made specifically for each customer.
As these items are customised and produced to your individual requirements, they are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once artwork approval has been provided and production has commenced.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork mock-ups before production begins. Once approval has been received, no cancellations, changes, returns or refunds can be accepted.

CUSTOM ARTWORK DISCLAIMER
As all custom artwork is hand-finished, slight variations may occur between the approved artwork mock-up and the final product. These variations form part of the handmade nature of the customisation process and are not considered defects.
