Customers are responsible for supplying accurate information, reference images and design instructions for custom projects.

MOYA Supply Co. will provide a digital artwork mock-up for approval before production begins.

Once artwork approval has been received, production will commence and no changes may be made unless agreed to in writing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, designs, graphics, branding, photographs and website content remain the intellectual property of MOYA Supply Co. unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any artwork created by MOYA Supply Co. without permission.
